1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kevo ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Services

Kevo provides event management and ticketing services, including event creation, ticket sales, attendee management, QR code check-in, exhibitor lead capture, and analytics.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an organizer account.

4. Event Organizers

• Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their event information.
• Organizers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations for their events.
• Kevo charges a service fee on ticket sales as outlined in your organizer agreement.
• Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect to your linked bank account.

5. Ticket Purchases

• All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
• Refunds are at the discretion of the event organizer.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless the organizer enables ticket transfers.
• Fraudulent purchases will result in account suspension.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the platform without permission
• Create fraudulent events or misrepresent event details
• Resell tickets in violation of applicable scalping laws

7. Intellectual Property

The Kevo platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Kevo Pty Ltd. Event content remains the property of the respective organizers.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kevo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
